Just Another In a Long List

Today's news will be the popular headlines for the next four years, as we learn more and more about the quality and character of the people Obama knows, associates and calls friends.

Of all things, yesterday, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested by the FBI for attempting to SELL the Senate position left vacant by Obama.

Obama may not have "known him personally" but his people did. I have been saying this for months now.....Barack Obama surrounds himself with people who lack values, morals and ethics. A few of them are now in jail.

Most parents have taught their children to be careful who you hang out - you can be guilty by association. I guess Obama's didn't.

Apparently, Obama will continue to get the benefit of the doubt.

So, Obama....the "agent of change". The candidate who was going to give Washington a "new look" and "new direction" and do things a "new way"....has already named more than 3 FORMER Clinton and DC longtimers to his administration! Hillary is likely to be next.

Turning a New Leaf

After spending some time in the Ozarks last weekend with my wife away from it all, I have had a chance to reflect, regain some hope, and mentally decide "yes, it is worth it all!". Conservative Light is in fact alive and well, though posts will certainly be minimal until our next round of elections. Truth is I enjoy it, many people seem to agree, and others like to debate me in emails. Makes for a lot of fun, and what else do I have to do but work on my business, be a father to three, a husband, an active church member and keep up my other blogs? Without this I might get bored...

A week ago the people of this nation made their selection of who would be the next President of the greatest nation in the world. Barack Obama is now our man, at least for the next 4 years.

Despite our efforts, the GOP failed to win enough votes. Sadly, nearly 40% of those that call themselves "Christians" voted for a man that supports abortions to the extreme. The fact that so many did makes me question their true faith in Christ. God may not care about our health care, taxes, or our economy, but He certainly cares about life. Christians failed America last Tuesday night by selecting a candidate based on political party affiliation, race or other external factors. Had half of them voted for the party that respects and values life, McCain would be getting ready for the Whitehouse. But I digress. More on that topic will come in another post soon.

Thankfully, true conservatism is not dead. In many states, votes were cast that supported conservative, biblical values, such as the anti-gay marriage law passed in California. It is true, most Americans see themselves as "center-right" people. Liberalism is a fad that runs with Hollywood types, the media pundits and poorer people. Most people in American still value conservative ideals such as respecting life, keeping taxes low, keeping government small, reducing government spending, respecting religious freedoms, and having a strong military. Thankfully, McCain/Palin got over 50,000,000 votes for values like these they supported.

Obama simply had all the money, all the media support, the race factor, the great speaking ability, youthfulness and looks. McCain appeared old, out-of-touch, unwilling to fight, and had 1/10th of the money to spend.

Our hopes rely on the fact that we can still filibuster Congressional moves we don't like, and that we have revived our party. 2010 and 2012 will give us a chance to retake more seats in Congress and maybe win back the Whitehouse.

Already Obama is backing off of campaign promises, just like Clinton did in the 90s, and preparing his followers to swallow the idea that his hands are tied due to the economy. Just get ready. Raising taxes on nearly everyone is likely soon to follow. Even Senate majority leader Pelosi stated that Obama is coming in as the President with the highest expectations of any other. He can thank the liberal media platform he was given for that.

Regardless, the truth is, as conservatives now in the minority, we must embrace our new leader and respect the position if nothing else. We must pray for and support him when he is right. We must pray for and debate him when he is wrong. Above all, we must hold him accountable over the next 4 years of all of the promises he made that won him this election. (my list of those will be forthcoming).

Our nation depends on conservatives and the GOP and we need to prepare ourselves for a comeback once Obamamania begins to dwindle. The GOP needs to get younger, more active, more energetic, attract younger followers, clearly define our moral and political stances on issues and above all pray for God to help us save our nation from the moral decay liberalism always seems to bring with it.

Best of all, God is in control, even of Obama. Let's just pray God doesn't allow us to sleep in the bed we just made.

Liberalism Has Taken Over America

May we pray God forgives us for allowing more abortions, taking from one and giving to another, immoral values such as homosexuality, government controlled healthcare, fewer religious freedoms and the intolerance of Christianity.

Just watch. All of that and more is coming. America has made her bed and she is about to lie in it. Unfortunately for me and the other 52,000,000 Americans that voted for McCain we have to share that same bed.

Keep an eye out for the Fairness Doctrine, the Freedom of Choice Act, and more. And when those things occur let it remind those of you who voted for Obama that you will be partially to blame for the moral decay of our country. Not mention the economy that is going to get worse because companies like mine will have to reduce staff, the increased spending we are about to see, the decrease in our defenses and the inclusion of even more islamic values.

So long and goodnight....at least until 2012.

In a matter of hours voters in this nation are going to make history. Either the first African American will be our President or a woman will be our first Vice President.

The question is a matter of which is the best history for us to make. For months I have promoted and shared the truths on my political blog concerning this election and many people have commented, argued or supported my takes. But time is at hand and now we cast our votes. The truth is real simple. Our nation can be bought by an inexperienced candidate that promises to change things he has never attempted, who seems to repudiate the Constitution and apologizes for America, who has raised over $600,000,000 dollars in order to buy votes, who stages huge rallies and has the support of Hollywood and nearly every media outlet. Or, we can elect an American Hero and Governor team with decades of experience and a track record of REAL change.

Let me break down the choices in simple terms:

It is truly the ZERO vs. the HERO.

Obama will raise your taxes despite what he says, just like Clinton did. He cannot do all he promises without us ALL paying for it.
Obama will increase government spending and the overall national debt
Obama will elect 2-3 liberal judges that will keep infanticide and abortion legal for decades more
Obama will have unbridled and complete control of the government with a democratic House and Senate
Obama will be the most liberal President we have ever had
Obama will reduce our defense program during a time of war by 25%
Obama will increase the size of government and put even more restrictions in our lives
Obama will “share the wealth” and bring socialistic philosophies to the Whitehouse

McCain/Palin will keep taxes at current levels.
McCain/Palin will elect conservative judges that will likely end abortion!
McCain/Palin will have balanced powers with the democratic House and Senate
McCain/Palin will be a new form of conservatism
McCain/Palin will stand up to our enemies and ensure we win the war
McCain/Palin will decrease government spending
McCain/Palin will reduce the size of governments
McCain/Palin will help the economy by supporting small businesses

We have a choice. I pray we make the right one.

I have done all I can to help save the country I love from a party platform that is poised to change our nation forever.

He Can't Even Take Care of His Own...

Obama talks such a big game about us being "our brother's keeper" and that we ALL have an obligation to "share the wealth". His running mate Biden claims it is our patriotic "duty" to pay more in taxes.

Why? They claim it is so those with little can have more by taking away from those who have a lot.

Problem is, Obama cannot even take care of his own!

His brother lives in a shack in Kenya living on less than a dollar a month. It was discovered yesterday that his Aunt lives in a slum in Boston. Today, it is revelaed that she is in the country illegally of all things.!

Mr. Community Servant himself doesn't even reach out to his own flesh and blood...

If Obama cannot even take care of his own (he is a muti-millionaire), how we are to believe his promises to take care of the rest of those in America? He won't. He is simply saying what he needs to say to get votes...just like every politician before him. He claims to be an agent of "change" but he is a wolf in sheeps clothing, my friend. The sad thing is if more than 50% of Americans act as stupid as it appears they might and actually vote for his man, he could be our leader in a matter of hours.

The only bill this man really proposed in Congresss was a bill that would send nearly $1billion overseas to help poor people. Yet, we have people like HIS OWN FAMILY HERE that he doesn't even bother to stop and help.

Shame on you Obama. In my world we call this hypocrisy.

Where Are the Investigative Reports?

For decades Presidential candidates have been pulled through the proverbial door of investigative reporters as they announced their intention to run for Office. Few have made it beyond a few months and for those that have been party Nominees, the investigations and scrutiny usually get much more intense.

That is until now.

Other than the Fox News Channel and some popular radio talking heads like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannidy, few pundits or "news entities" have even remotely come close to putting Barack Obama under the expected and deserved microscope of character, beliefs, judgment and experience. It is almost shocking to watch media outlets like CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, other mainstream outlets and almost every most popular news anchor as they all have let Obamamania cloud their own professional and ethical duties.

Back in 2004 the media spent weeks looking into President Bush's past military experience with the National Guard claiming it was "news worthy". Weeks mind you. They have recently spent weeks trying to dig up information on Governor Palin over her dealings with the firing of her brother-in-law in Alaska. If such issues are deemed "news worthy" and "the public has a right to know" how is it then that this same media can ignore the incredible list of even more glaring issues and concerns over Barack Obama?

This man has been tied to former terrorists (both domestic and international), his family background is highly confusing, his legitimate birth story is questionable, he even stated in his own autobiography he trained himself to think like a Marxist, he has ties to figures who have since been found guilty of fraud such as Rezko, he has received financial support from radical groups in other nations which if even indirectly is highly illegal for a Presidential candidate, he is friends or "associates" with people that spew racial slurs and hate against America including his own pastor of over 20 years, he has used money to gain the lead in the race to the tune of nearly $1billion dollars, he has less than 3 years experience of any kind and even that time was spent on his own career as he voted "present" most of the time, he is not shy about being an extreme liberal with redistribution beliefs, he questions our very Constitution and there is MUCH more I could list.

Yet the news CNN and the like choose to spend their money and time on is how McCain rallies are supposedly full of anger and hate or how much money the GOP spent on the wardrobe of Sarah Palin? I mean come on! Are you serious?

Evidently people like me demanding these issues be asked and looked into, are merely "full of hate" and our intentions are racially motivated. But truth is history shows, as do recent social polls, that the media reports more favorable news about Obama than McCain. Obama's track record or connections are rarely questioned yet McCain and Palin are given little if any slack. I was even told by one commentor today that "I am being judgmental" by daring to ask such questions about this man. Since when did asking honest, investigative questions become an issue of "judging someone"? I am no judge, I am simply an American who has a right to know who it is that might potential be telling me what to do.

Can you imagine if McCain was the one with the past Obama has? It would be a ruthless, hourly attack that he likely would not survive.

Yet, Obama is a man that wants to control the most powerful office in the world and these "reporters" refuse to even dig deeper than asking a few surface level questions at best?

Today the LA Times reported they have in their possession a video of Obama at a 2003 farewell party praising the likes of Rashid Khalidi, a known terrorist and anti-Jewish supporter. Apparently Obama is said to have "showered the man with praises" and spoken "highly of the man". Read it here:

Where are the 20/20 Investigative reports? Where is ABC's Charles Gibson and his demeaning stare behind those glasses? Where is CNN's Wolf Blitzer and the "Situation Room"? Where is the NBC Dateline report? Where are the local news reports, the newspaper special editions or the magazine inside scoops? They are too focused on Palin's clothes, McCain's rallies or President Bush who is on his way out anyway.

They are guilty of investigative omission; failure to report on stories with facts they are fully aware of.

Without FoxNews and the likes of Rush and Hannidy, not even I would know the truth. In the meantime, their failure to report could be the result of us having one of the most inexperienced, radical, big spending, infanticide, liberal, anti-American President in history.

Two Issues Being Ignored - Christians Beware!

In a matter of days the most important spiritual/moral election in our recent history will take place. Many are still trying to decide and many call themselves Christians. We have heard alot about the economy, energy, healthcare and national defense.

Putting the party platforms aside and ignoring the scary connections to questionable people Obama is friends with, there are really only two issues that a Christian needs to consider regarding this Presidential election. And both of these have huge moral and spiritual consequences should we choose wrongly.

1. Supreme Court Justice Selection – more than likely the next President will elect 1-2 (if not more) Supreme Court Justices. These judges dictate the laws of our nation. The more liberal those judges are, the more likely it will be that our religious freedoms and Christ-like, Biblical-based values will be under even more attack. These judges serve for life or until they retire which could be a catastrophe of historic proportions if Obama is elected and has a democratic controlled congress to approve liberal judges. Obama has made it clear he will nominate such judges. God help us all if this happens and we turn even further away from God because of even more liberal judicial decisions.

2. Abortion – Not only is Obama pro-abortion, but he is even more pro-abortion than others such as Hillary Clinton! He refused to sign a bill recently that would allow doctors to help a baby that survived an abortion and was still alive, thus requiring the doctors and nurses to watch babies who are now OUT-OF-THE-WOMB starve and die a painful death. In 2003, Obama prevented the Born Alive Infants Protection Act (BAIPA) from even getting a hearing in the Senate. BAIPA stated that all live-born babies were guaranteed the same constitutional right to equal protection, whether or not they were wanted. Obama was literrally one of a FEW senators that refused to sign this legislation. Even the most staunch abortion rights people said that allowing these babies to die was horrible. This is murder at the highest level (these babies are out of the womb!) and until America overturns our abortion laws we will see God’s hand continue to be removed from our nation. This is why the first item (Judges) is so important!

Anyone that calls themself a Christian that could sit there and watch a baby struggle to breathe, without water or food or attention, sometimes for hours before they die, does not know the Jesus I know that gave His own life for us. To support a man that has no desire to end this horrible infantcide and stands in favor of other abortion rights laws is completely irresponsible.

If you are a true Christian – that is a follower of Christ, and somehow you have talked yourself into supporting Obama and excusing his liberal stances that are in direct conflict to the Biblical values all true Christians are called to follow, then you, my friend, are being deceived. You either believe in God’s word or you don’t. It is that simple. The Bible clearly warns us all to be cautious of smooth talking leaders and teachers!

I read recently about a local pastor in the DFW area that basically said from the pulpit what I just stated above. His congregation is highly diverse and many are black. All of them profess to know the Lord and trust in Christ. Yet, after he made those comments (which are all very Biblical and true) nearly every black person stood up and left his church that day.

I wasn’t surprised. Too many Christians today allow faith to be secondary to race, politics, and social tolerance.

Pass this on, make sure you vote and as a believer, DON'T BE SILENT!!!

This election is too important for those of us that truly follow Christ to sit idly by and wait for all hell to break loose and if Obama wins, it will.

Obama Repudiates Our Own Constitution SEVEN YEARS AGO!

Over seven years ago, Barack Obama, the man some are already calling a "great President" though he has not even won or done anything yet, made it very clear that his agenda was socialistic in nature by refutting our own Constitution and saying it lacked doing more to even things out from person to person.

In so many words, he would change the Constitution if he could.

A leopard might change what he says, but he can't change his spots, which is who he is. This IS who he is and who he has been since he started his political career. Don't be fooled by him trying to dismiss what he said or thought. He still thinks that way.

Listen for yourself and read between the lines what this man REALLY believes.

P.S. Pay attention next time to Obama speaks and see if he ever mentions anything about freedom, greatness, success or achievement. You won't hear it. He is all about the one who deserves it all giving it to those who deserve none.

If We Elect Obama, We Deserve What We Get

I really don't believe there has ever been an election quite like this one. Sure, there have always been two or more sides to a U.S. Presidential election and most of the times those candidates were far apart in terms of values and philosophy.

But never before has a candidate had the media coverage and the money available like Barack Obama has had over the last 6 months.

Something has smelled funny about this from the start.

Obamamania has depleted millions of Americans with any sense of reason or judgement. Their brain cells are being eaten alive with the Barack Flavor of the Month. Day after I day I talk to people supporting this man, and none can really tell me anything more than something like this, "I just like the way he says things. I think we need change...."

Barf.

Give me something to chew on people! This man has done nothing but give good speeches. Sure he has the media in his corner along with most celebrities, but when have we as a people ever trusted either of those groups in determining who the person should be that would have the most powerful position in the world?

People I know who actually stop and think about the issues come back to one thing for sure: Obama is good speaker, and he is probably a good man, but he is not ready to lead our nation and he is certainly too liberal for even most good democrats.

If in a matter of days this country elects a man who has less experience than the woman the GOP has on the ticket as the VICE PRESIDENT, then this nation will get what it deserves:

bigger spending
higher prices
socialized programs
higher taxes
more government regulations
weaker defense
a loss in Iraq
more abortions
infanticide
liberal Supreme Court justices
and much, much more

If that happens, God save us.

Can you imagine if John McCain had claimed to be the candidate of change in Washington, only to choose as his running mate a Washington insider of over 30 years?
Can you imagine the outrage if John McCain was getting all mostly nothing but positive stories from all main stream media sources and Obama was getting slighted?
Can you imagine if John McCain had all of these questionable issues surrounding the people he knew, his background and his beliefs yet few main stream media sources even asked about it?
Can you imagine if John McCain had sat under the teachings of a pastor like Rev. Wright for over 20 years?
Can you imagine if John McCain was getting public endorsements from the likes of Omar Kadafi, Kenya gang leaders, and Louis Farrakhan among others?

Replace “John McCain” with “Barack Obama” and it won’t be just your imagination anymore.

John McCain Can Win

Everything is against John McCain winning this election.

He is being portrayed by the media as an old, out-of-touch man, rather than a real American hero.

He is being out-spent by Barack Obama 4 to 1! (Obama choose to accept public funds despite all of his "campaign reforms" he claims to support)

He and Palin are hated by the media pundits.

He and Palin are hated by Hollywood.

He isn't a true conservative, though he has since adopted most conservative values.

He has to carry the baggage of President Bush.

Obama may be the first President truly elected by the media, but McCain has real followers, who know the truths about who Obama is.

Here is a quick look into 3 former Fannie Mae executives who have brought down Wall Street.

1. Franklin Raines - was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregulaties in Fannie Mae's accounting activities. At the time of his departure The Wall Street Journal noted, ' Raines, who long defended the company's accounting despite mounting evidence that it wasn't proper, issued a statement late Tuesday conceding that 'mistakes were made' and saying he would assume responsibility as he had earlier promised. News reports indicate the company was under growing pressure from regulators to shake up its management in the wake of findings that the company's books ran afoul of generally accepted accounting principles for four years.' Fannie Mae had to reduce its surplus by $9 billion. Raines left with a 'golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits.

The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear. http://housingdoom.com/2006/12/18/fannie-charges/ . The Government noted, The 101 charges reveal how the individuals improperly manipulated earnings to maximize their bonuses, while knowingly neglecting accounting systems and internal controls, misapplying over twenty accounting principles and misleading the regulator and the public. The Notice explains how they submitted six years of misleading and inaccurate accounting statements and inaccurate capital reports that enabled them to grow Fannie Mae in an unsafe and unsound manner.' These charges were made in 2006. The Court ordered Raines to return $50 Million Dollars he received in bonuses based on the miss-stated Fannie Mae profits.

2. Tim Howard - Was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard 'was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a 'stable pattern of earnings' at Fannie. In everyday English - he was cooking the books. The Government Investigation determined that, Chief Financial Officer, Tim Howard, failed to provide adequate oversight to key control and reporting functions within Fannie Mae. On June 16, 2006, Rep. Richard Baker, R-La., asked the Justice Department to investigate his allegations that two former Fannie Mae executives lied to Congress in October 2004 when they denied manipulating the mortgage-finance giant's income statement to achieve management pay bonuses.

Investigations by federal regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses.Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Yes, I am a proud 38 year old conservative American. I live in Texas, along with my hot wife, twin daughters, a son and two dogs to boot.

I have a Master's Degree from Baylor. I was raised a Christian and attend church regularly. I believe in Jesus Christ as the one and only true Savior.

I own my own business and have worked hard at being an entrepreneur since I was in college. I am tired of high taxes, the legal murdering of babies every day, liberals who appear to have no brains, the Clinton's, Americans who have forgotten 3,000 people died on 911, governmental handouts, irresponsible adults who think the government is their parental support system, weak policies towards terrorists, intolerance towards Christianity, racism, slackers who do nothing but get everything for free and liberal judicial decisions handed down by the Supreme Court and the lame 9th Court of Appeals.

Mostly, I am tired of dumb Americans who vote for who looks good, sounds good, those the celebs in Hollywood endorse and those that make promises only Jesus himself could fulfill.

The America of today is in no shape or form the America our founding fathers dreamed it would be. Intolerance towards Christians, abortion, high taxes, prayer, the Bible and God Himself banned from schools, big government, illegal immigration, and weak foreign policies towards those that have murdered fellow Americans were not on the list of "Our Dream for this Nation" when they left England. The are rolling over in their graves each and every sunrise.

It is time true conservatives rise, ban together and take this nation back by storm. The Whitehouse needs to be whitewashed with a new hope of CONSERVATIVE change.

Marching down from her small town home in Alaska, Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin accepted the Republican nomination tonight in a rousing, speech of the ages in defense of her political career and experience and in bold support of Presidential candidate John S McCain.

When the speech was over one FoxNews political analyst told a democratic campaign strategist, "Democrats, you've got problems."

Zero vs. Hero" came to the forefront as a new campaign slogan as Palin, matching the eloquence of Barack Obama stride for stride, made serious stabs to the Barack campaign all while smiling like a local PTA mother of five. Her jabs were funny, true and delivered with such a punch that even the most blind, left-winged liberal would have to bow down in honor of the greatness of her delivery.

Sorry Hillary, your self-centered run is over. It's Palin Power time.

I can only hope I can instill in my two daughters the kind of will, determination, strength, posture and resolve this wife and mother of five is demonstrating to the women of the world.

McCain Will Win Whitehouse Just Like Bush 20 Years Ago

It is 1988 all over again and my prediction is McCain will win the Whitehouse by a similar margin of victory as George Bush did over Michael Dukakis with about 53-54% of the popular vote.

America was ready for a "change" in 1988. Though Reagan was loved by most, his 8 years ended with conflicts and controversies much like the administration of George W. Bush will this year. Bush Sr. had a tough job, but in the end, Americans made the smart choice and voted to allow the Republican party to retain the Whitehouse for "4 more years". Dukakis was popular, had tons of celebrity support, but just wasn't ready to lead the greatest nation in the world.

This year it will be dejavu all over again.

McCain is simply the smartest choice and when push comes to shove enough people with brains will turn out and make the wise decision. Yes, there are a lot of ignorant people in this country that have fallen into a state of psychotic obamanaia (including Oprah) that will vote for him, but let your heart not be troubled.

A motivational speaker, who is using his skin color to gain votes, who can make celebrities weep their eyelids off, that refuses to even salute or shake the hands of soldiers in Iraq, that attended a church for 20 years whose pastor spews nothing but racial hate and anger towards this amazing nation, who does nothing but complain about how bad America is or apologizes to the world for America, and appears to lack true patriotism just won't be chosen by the majority of people in this country.

Remember, America is still a center-right leaning country. Most are either conservative and moderates in their thinking. Obama is one of the most liberal candidates in American history.

Here are the top reasons why Obama cannot and will not win this election:

1. Americans are generally proud of their country. Obama appears to lack true patriotism.
2. Though most want the Iraq war to end we cannot fail now. Pulling out early would waste 5 years of work, demean the lives that have been lost, and send a signal of weakness to the world.
3. His foreign policy of meeting with insane national leaders is just...well...insane. You cannot rationalize or befriend people who train their people to strap bombs to themselves, children and desire to destroy America and Israel.
4. His lack of experience. He has none. McCain's vice presidential running mate has tons more experience than Obama does. She has been a mayor, a corporate executive and even a state governor. He has been a senator for just a few years and spent most of that time not casting votes and working on his campaign to become president.
5. His celebrity following and Messiah like complex will turn most away. Filling up a football stadium for a superbowl-like meeting was cool, but his ego and Hollywood support will drive millions away from him. Being label as "the One we have been waiting for" is just too over the top for most.
6. Obama is connected to too many racists, terrorists and other people with legal, moral and/or ethical issues. They include Khalidi, Ayers, Wright, Rezko, Farrakhan, and others from Kenya.
7. Biden will say something stupid. Simple as that.
8. He is simply too liberal. He wants to reduce our military, control guns, silence the free speech of talk radio, bring nationalized controlled health care, increase taxes, increase spending to pay for all of his promises, redistribute earnings and wealth so that all Americans are equal, place liberal judges onto the Supreme Court and much, much more.
9. He has not provided details on HOW he will do all he promises. Those are some big promises and none of them are free. It appears he does not really have a plan. He is just saying what people want to hear.
10. He will make the government bigger. The government rarely does anything better than the private sector, which is why the best schools, hospitals and organizations are non-government entities.
11. He supports late term and even partial birth abortions and suggested his daughters would have one if they ever got pregnant as a teen saying, "But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby". Wow. http://www.cbn.com/cbnnews/348569.aspx
12. He will fail and flop in the debates. Just review the Saddleback Civil Forum for how McCain will do against the too-concerned-about-being-politically-correct Obama. Not to mention Obama has no experience to draw on to answer questions. McCain should slaughter him.
13. McCain will now be seen as the real agent of change in Washington by selecting Palin as his running mate. Barack was supposed to be this new candidate who was going to bring non-Washington likes to the world of Washington politics. Instead Obama has suddenly become the same ol' same ol' Democratic candidate, who just sounds more exciting than others in the past and just so happens to be black. He selected a running mate who has been entrenched in DC for decades. Nothing else is really any different than those before him. All spewed about how bad America was and how we needed change. Blah, blah, blah.
14. Obama's "change" platform is nothing new and eerily similar to the campaign words of McGovern, Carter, Dukakis, Gore, Clinton and Kerry. All lost or are regarded by most as terrible presidents. Carter was the worst ever.

Here are the reasons we cannot ALLOW him to win:

1. We can overturn Roe vs. Wade and many other terribly unjust and wrong recent Supreme Court decisions with just one more conservative, Constitutionally true judge. The next president will likely nominate two judges. God forbid Obama is given that kind of power.
2. Israel will be the center of the end times, that is clear. But we have a moral and ethical obligation to continue to protect and support Israel. Obama has no real desire or interest in the Jewish nation. He says he does, but what he says and what he believes are two different things. Read his own autobiographies to find out for yourself. Everything he learned from his mentors was anti-Semitic and anti-white America in nature.
3. With Obama the economy would get worse. It is not the nations fault that people bought houses they really could not afford. It is not our fault that people spend too much, save nothing and prepare for little. Yet Obama wants the government to rescue them. That means higher taxes on those that run companies. That equates to jobs being eliminated. I know, I own a company. Those that vote for Obama that work for me would be slitting their own employment throats. I would have to pay higher personal and corporate taxes and I would not fire myself. Duh.
4. Obama wants a highly run governmental health care system that makes Hillarycare look like a conservative system. His is scary. It would never happen even if he got elected, but rather than having to deal with the outside possibility of it he needs to lose. Yes we need some health care and insurance reform but nationalized health care? No. There is not one nation in this world with nationalized health care anyone can find that works and provides the level of care and service privatized health care does. Sorry Michael Moore. You lied yet you made millions off those same dumb people that will vote for Obama.


In summary, McCain is going to win. I just know it.

McCain Steals the Obama Fireworks - Great Day for Conservatives

Wow. In one swoop, this morning John McCain dropped out of the heavens thought to belong to Obama and stole his mile-high, messiah complex, celebrity filled political superbowl last night, with the surprise selection of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his female Vice President running mate. It's all the buzz and all everyone is talking about.

Hillary has to be ticked.

The selection of Gov. Palin, and up and coming political figure, is highly respected, appears feisty and ready to take on the challenge. Her selection further removes the argument that this Republican ticket is "same 'ol, same 'ol". McCain is proving he can be a maverick.

Palin is a true working class mom. She is not rich, she is a mother of five (one who is about to go to Iraq), her husband works in the oil fields of Alaska, she has worked in both the private sector and the political arena setting those that are corrupt on their heals. She represents the middle class American woman way more than Hillary in her elitist lifestyle could ever imagine.

What is comical is that now the GOP is the party reflecting real change. We have a Presidential candidate who truly has worked across party lines and his record proves it and now we have a young, exciting female Vice Presidential running mate that is considered a hard core, tough conservative who is far removed from the norm of Washington politics.

In contrast, the Democrats tout a Presidential candidate who has less experience than our VP candidate does, and their Vice Presidential candidate (Joe Biden) is a Washington insider of all things! Barack has done nothing for 17 months but preach how his campaign will be different from all of the rest and how he will change things as a new outsider, yet he selects a running mate who is mired in nothing but the same old Washington politics. Typical Democratic hypocrisy.

What a great day for being a conservative American that believes in freedom of speech, the entrepreneur spirit, the ability to earn significant income, the military power of America, the greatness of our nation and government staying out of the way.

In other news:

1. The Obama campaign is already attacking Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as inexperienced. Are they kidding? Barack is running for the Commander in Chief. She is just running as the VP and yet she still has more experience than Obama does. This statement does nothing but come back against him as an ignorant boomerang of friendly fire against himself!

2. Apparently the Democrats are getting worried. Obama did not get 10% the bump in the poles he should have from the DNC and this "outside the box" VP selection by McCain is now all the buzz. Plus, the Republican convention is yet to occur. With Obama barely leading in some polls, and trailing McCain in others, it appears a win could happen for McCain. No Democratic contender has won the election in the last 30 years without being ahead by double digits in the polls over the Republican rival 90 days prior to the general election. On top of that, the face-to-face debates that Obama has refused to partake in will now occur and McCain will likely destroy him and he gets to do so 3 times! It is looking great for McCain.

3. McCain made a slam dunk with the American public because of his responses and sincerity at the Saddleback Civil Forum a few weeks ago. Obama looked nervous, out of place and seemed to worried about being"politically correct" rather than being straight forward about his extreme liberal views.

4. Jimmy Carter has always been a nut. He has only become more ignorant. His latest statement about McCain "milking every advantage" out of his POW experience was stupid, unreal, thoughtless, and did nothing but remind everyone how what a terrible President he was.

He has to always been smiling, say what the crowd in front of him wants to hear, be over the top with kindness, look "messiah like". This is why they hide such truths from us about him. If he is "the One" that can save our world, how can he be seen doing something as negative and unacceptable these days as smoking?



Barack Obama can give good speeches. We will hear one tomorrow night in Denver on the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr's "I have a dream" speech. But there are many things about Obama, what he believes, who he really is and who he calls friends, that are kept far in the distance by his campaign. His former pastor of 20 years is nothing compared to the others he has known, those he has been taught by and those he has done business with.


Take some time and find out for yourself before you vote. Don't be one of the millions who vote because he can make you cry, feel light headed or stir your belly. Just search "truths about Obama" or read Obamanation by Jerome Corsi. Use your brain and you will see it like all of us level headed people do.



If you don't, it could all go up in smoke if he gets elected.

Obama does nothing but preach and talk about how bad America is and how much it needs to "change". He trashes America, even using Scripture, by claiming we don't do enough for "the least of these". When asked by Pastor Rick Warren in Saddlebacks Civil Forum a week ago what the nation's biggest moral failure was, he made it clear that we do not do enough for those who cannot help themselves.

Maybe he needs to look in the mirror beore he tells the rest of us how bad we are.

He lives like a millionaire while his own flesh and blood brother lives in a shack in Kenya making a dollar a month! Barack even visited him in 2006 and had the ability to totally change his life, yet he walked way claiming it was a strange meeting. How sad.

1. Can a man who has barely been a Senator for a few years really be ready to lead the most powerful nation in the world?
2. Can a man who is friends with many who hate America really be trusted?
3. Does a man who blindly followed a hate-America, hate-the-white-man preacher for 20 years have good judgment?
4. He does nothing but talk about "change" but what has he done in his career to prove he can change anything?
5. How is the government gonna pay for all of his promises anyway?
6. Does a man who says if we just "aired up our tires" correctly, it would fix our gas price concerns, really have a clue?
7. Should a man who is not even the President go around the world proclaiming he is "the one we have been waiting on" and acting like the President elect?
8. Can I vote for a man who toured the world last month and spent most of his time apologizing for America and talking poorly about his own country?
9. Can I vote for a man who many has racist friends and even made race an issue recently by saying he wouldn't "look" like the past Presidents?

People, the real Barack Obama is finally showing his true colors. He is just a popular celebrity on a bus with no track record, who knows how to do nothing but give flowery speeches, and make tons of empty promises like every candidate before him and those yet to come.

Finally his speeches are getting old. His words are falling on more deaf ears and his arrogance is turning away all of us non-Hollywood types.

Let's hope the wheels on the bus just completely flatten soon.

Obama Makes Another Dumb Move

In another strange move for Obama, he recently had the American flag removed from his campaign plane and replaced it with his own personal logo.

Here a man is running for President of the United States and he makes a move that does nothing but bring scrutiny, begs questions and sparks controversy.

Let's move past the obvious questions about why and his patriotism. Let's talk about common sense.

Is this really someone that is thinking? Can he really run a nation?

Obama's Flip List is Getting Huge

For someone who promotes "change", he sure does enough of it!

Check out this Obama Flip-Flop list provided by the Boston Globe and you tell me if this is the man that should lead our nation. Seems to me he is just trying to do what all politicians do - get votes, which means he is really no different than all of those before him.

Obama's Top Ten Flip Flops

1. SPECIAL INTERESTS. In January, the Obama campaign described union contributions to the campaigns of Clinton and John Edwards as "special interest" money. Obama changed his tune as he began gathering his own union endorsements. He now refers respectfully to unions as the representatives of "working people" and says he is "thrilled" by their support.

2. THE CUBA EMBARGO. In January 2004, Obama said it was time "to end the embargo with Cuba" because it had "utterly failed in the effort to overthrow Castro." Speaking to a Cuban American audience in Miami in August 2007, he said he would not "take off the embargo" as president because it is "an important inducement for change."

3. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. In a March 2004 questionnaire, Obama was asked if the government should "crack down on businesses that hire illegal immigrants." He replied "Oppose." In a Jan. 31, 2008, televised debate, he said that "we do have to crack down on those employers that are taking advantage of the situation."

4. DECRIMINALIZATION OF MARAJUANA. While running for the U.S. Senate in January 2004, Obama told Illinois college students that he supported eliminating criminal penalties for marijuana use. In the Oct. 30, 2007, presidential debate, he joined other Democratic candidates in opposing the decriminalization of marijuana.

5. NAFTA. During the primary season, Obama hammered Hillary Clinton for her support of NAFTA as First Lady, calling the free trade agreement "devastating" and "a big mistake." Now, in an interview with Fortune to be featured in the magazine's upcoming issue, the presumptive Democratic nominee said that NAFTA has indeed been positive for the US in some ways, and that his earlier criticism - while trying to convince white blue collar voters in some states to vote for him - was 'overheated and amplified.'

6. THE DEATH PENALTY. Ten years ago, when Obama was running for statewide office in an ultra-liberal Chicago district, he opposed the death penalty. As Obama announced this week, he now supports the ultimate penalty.

7. HANDGUN BAN. For 8 years--before becoming a US Senator--Obama sat on the board of a non-profit which contributed $2.7 million to efforts advocating for a complete ban on handguns. (Before that, Obama filled out a questionnaire in 1996 stating that he supported a ban on the manufacture, sale AND POSSESSION of handguns.) But starting with his primary campaign in the gun popular Midwest, Obama now opposes such legislation, and claims to support gun owner's rights.

8. PROPOSED FISA LAW IMMUNITY FOR TELECOMS. In October, 2007, Obama pledged that if the FISA bill contained an immunity provision for telecoms, he would not only oppose the bill, he would help block it through a filibuster. This week, he voted for the bill, telecom immunity provisions and all.

9. PUBLIC FINANCING FOR OBAMA'S GENERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN. In November, 2007, Obama issued a written pledge to opt into the public campaign finance system for the general presidential election, if the Republican nominee also did so. John McCain immediately accepted the pledge, which acceptance Obama acknowledged in writing in November 2007. After he became the Republican nominee, McCain opted into the public finance system (as he pledged to do), but Obama broke his pledge and opted out.

10. THE WAR IN IRAQ. In 2004--when Obama was running for the United States Senate-- Barack Obama not only said that he was open to a U.S. troop increase in Iraq, but warned against a premature troop withdrawal as a "slap in the face to the troops fighting there" which could make Iraq "an extraordinary hotbed of terrorist activity." Fast forward to Obama's presidential campaign premised in large part on an immediate withdrawal from Iraq.

These 10 examples evince 180 degree changes by the Senator from Chicago on fundamental issues going to the core of Obama as a candidate, and provide important indications of whether the "change" candidate will do what he promises to do in the campaign to court our votes.

Legitimate questions are also raised as to whether Obama is accurately portraying himself during the election process, or is he simply feinting to the middle like the good basketball player he is? How many more Obama flip-flops can we expect before November 2008, and to what extent can the "change" candidate continue to portray himself a different kind of politician who rejects "politics as usual"?

Also another note. While he has flip flopped on many issues Barack Obama has had to backtrack on foreign policy issues, just recently on Jerusalem. He tried to outdo John McCain at AIPAC by insisting that Jerusalem remain the undivided capital of Israel. The Palestinians erupted in anger at that statement, and by the end of the day they had Obama backpedaling...not sure if its a flip flop.

Obama Flips then Flops on Iraq

John McCain made what I call a historical challenge to Obama a few months ago when he challenged him to visit Iraq and see for himself the good things that our soldiers have done for the people and nation of Iraq over the last few years.

For years Barack has stood strong in declaring this battle worthless and demeaning our troops there by not supporting them and broadcasting his belief that we have failed. Of course, Obama, to you America is a failure so why should we expect anything less?

This week however, Mr. Obama has suddenly changed his tune, AFTER visiting Iraq and getting a first hand glance at just how good the Iraq war has really been going.

From Foxnews.com: Unequivocal opposition to the Iraq war drove Obama’s entrance into the presidential race. It helped him defeat Hillary Clinton for the nomination. It made him a darling of the anti-war activists who are now prominent and influential in the Democratic Party. He repeatedly said during the primary that he would end the war in 2009, and that he would withdraw all U.S. brigades from Iraq within 16 months of taking office.

Now he has flipped and nearly admitted he was wrong.

“It is a flip-flop,” Republican strategist Angela McGlowan told FOX News. “He’s changing his tune to be more attractive to the whole country, and I think he’s going to flip-flop on more things.”

Barack spent the 4th of July defending himself in various media conferences trying to control the spin.

And this is the guy people foam at the mouth over to "change" the best country in the world and lead us?

New Obama Bill Will Cost Us $845 BILLION

For one of the few times in his history, Senator Obama has written a bill that looks like might pass through the House and the Senate.

Problem is it is one of the worst in American history.

In a time when gas prices are beyond belief, Americans are having income and credit worries, Mr. Obama thinks it would be good to start worrying about the rest of the world and give away nearly ONE TRILLION of our hard-earned tax dollars to OTHER NATIONS!!!

For nearly 6 months now I have been blown away by this guy known as "Obama" and how many in our nation is following this man right over the cliff of social, liberalism inter-twined with a "black-liberation theology" spun to most American's as "Christian".

He is no more a Christian than Hitler himself was and his church is no more a Christian church than a Kingdom Hall of Witnesses is.

Where Are the Libs Now?

2005 - Hurricane Katrina. Thousands of homes flooded, city evacuated. People dead. Majority of those effected were minorities. Media reports galore, most blaming Federal Government, FEMA and President George Bush. Liberals going nuts calling for the heads of US Government officials. Reporters like Geraldo Rivera reporting live from New Orleans in near tears. People seemed to overlook the fact that people refused to leave despite warnings, not to mention the residents decided to live in a city BELOW SEA LEVEL!

2008 - 500 Year Flooding. Thousands of homes flooded, multiple cities evacuated. People dead. Majority of those effected are not minorities. Few media reports. No big time live reports. Liberals doing nothing more than just saying, "How sad this is, poor people." No blame game, nothing.

The hypocrisy of the Democratic leadership of this country is appalling, yet people follow along by the millions.

The Liars Will Unite

For months now Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) and Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRC) have been mortal enemies, tearing each other to pieces and claiming they are the real choice Americans wanted for President.

Just a week ago Hillary was claiming BHO had no ability to lead and called him out.

Both have lied numerous times against each other and in defense of themselves.

Get ready for it to all magically end. Now they will unite as one with her as his V.P. Out of nowhere, they will be holding hands, kissing each other and talking about how unified the Democratic party is. Let the barffing begin again.

Obama Has Scarry Ties, Hillary Is Toast

The democrats are hilarious and it has truly been a pleasure watching them act like complete morons over the last 4 months. Both Hillary and Obama have made gaff after gaff, lied about various things and spent hours via the media trying to convince American's they are the party of change.

Whatever.

Looks like Obama is now the person to beat for Mr. McCain, who I think has done a fairly good job of taking Barak to task over his bold, outlandish and frankly, stupid promises.

What's really scary though is the kind of people this man from Chicago is known to be friends with. People like racist/muslim Louis Farrakhan, nuttball Rev. Wright, crazy William Ayers and terrorist lover Rashid Khalidi. The latest to enter the Obama circus of freaks is Priest Michael Pfleger, who spewed hate in the form of a "sermon" from Obama's home church. Over a week later, Obama finally resigned his membership of the church he "loved" for over 20 years.

This is the same church that believes:

White people are the problem
Black power should be above all
America is at fault
The US is a terrible country

Barak Hussein Obama only quit this church because it is so greatly affecting his campaign.

Obama will lose to McCain in November. Many democrats are blind enough to still vote for him, but many aren't and even they can see through this guys falsehood.

He is an inexperienced man who is evil, lies to the public, and yet calls himself a leader.

A leader doesn't follow men with such narrow thinking such as these.
